Happy Tuesday! Today was a perfect day to wear a cozy turtleneck. I paired it with a dress I purchased last summer. The blue grabbed my attention:)
I wore my trench coat to complete the look. However, I like that if I add a blazer then I could wear this look to the office as well.
A little tiny tiff tip is look for items that can be worn into different seasons. It can definitely save you time but most importantly it will save you money. Especially when I read yesterday that nearly most of Americans have nothing saved towards retirement. I am not saying dont shop because I do love shopping but if you can find simple ways to save extra money then it can be used to pay yourself and fund your long term retirement goals and dreams.
Therefore, having the discipline to save an extra $50-$100 per month can turn into thousands of dollars over the next few years. Hope this tiny tiff tip help someone. Thank you so much for supporting my blog!

Happy Tuesday! I often enjoy versatile pieces so I pulled out this old beauty. It came with a satin ribbon but I traded it out with a thin belt to define more of a waist.
I wasn't able to get any good shots of the pleats in the back of the skirt because it so windy this day.
I layered a silk blouse underneath the jacket to create some color. I used the hint of orange in the shirt as inspiration to carry my orange bag.
I'm looking forward in the future to pairing this jacket other pieces. Well I hope everyone will continue having a super week. As always thank you for reading. Don't forget to follow by instagram for more looks.
I hope everyone is having a super weekend. I really adore the peplum look of this jacket. I purchased it as a skirt suit but instantly knew I would pair the jacket and skirt with many other pieces. ..so this time I paired the jacket with this skirt. It has a slight hint of green so I added the silk green shirt to pull the color out more.
I normally wear small earrings when I wear my business suits but this time I wore my gold tear drop earrings because they didnt seem too inappropiate for my busines look.
I noticed quite a few of my business skirts come from Ann Taylor. Of course, they make great skirts but I think it is because of the smaller sizes and I do not have to do a lot of alterations to get the right fit. However, I did have to alter it slightly in the waist.
Well enjoy your weekend and as always thank you so much for following my blog.

Happy Sunday! I hope everyone had a great weekend! I really think a fitted black blazer is essential to your wardrobe. My plans on this day were to be at the museum but I had a last minute business meeting so I grabbed this blazer and I was ready to go.
This is a more casual fitted blazer look. Overall I don't think the black blazer needs to cost a lot but fit is always important . I purchased the smallest size but it seemed too big for my frame so I did some alterations to the jacket on the sides to get the right fit. Well thanks for reading.
