IT'S ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU SEE

Happy Wednesday! I took these pictures while visiting the college I graduated from. Most people see college as a time to either have fun and get away from rules, some see it as a place to get the foundation to build their career, and others like myself see it as the first step in the process of living out your calling in life.

There are a few things you must identify when living the life you are called to live:

1. Who are you! I have changed over the years but one thing that has not changed is who I am and what I stand for. When you have values and care about helping others you can see life and all the work you do in a more loving and fulfilling way.  When you know who you are you will never trade your passion for a paycheck because your purpose is so much bigger.

2. You have to understand the true source of your calling. This understanding will push you to give every assignment your best..not to impress God but to show your appreciation for what gifts you have been blessed with.

3. Last identify how you can share this gift to be of service to others. Our gift becomes a true calling  when we can enjoy it and share that enjoyment in order to benefit others.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you're having a wonderful week!

  5. Wow what a thoughtful write up. Growing up in Nigeria college is a stopping point for your academic path. You have to have a college degree to earn a decent salary. I met so many great peole in college and had so many experiences both good and bad. It is a place that opens one mind to so many possibilities. Bukkydare
