Happy weekend! It's time for spring layers and for some of us its no layers because it feels like summer already! The topic today is having a stress free financial month. Most times people are stressed throughout the month either due to lack of money or mismanagement of money.

Therefore, I wanted to share a few tips to reduce stress so you can enjoy the promises of each new day which is joy! First have a spending plan for your life. Basically a spending plan keeps you on track financially and builds your confidence about your financial life. I won't go into detail because I have written a lot of posts about this topic. I'll just say this plan shouldn't feel like a restriction just an opportunity to guide your money towards greatness!

Next if possible pay all your bills at the same time each month preferably the beginning of the month. I can not stress how much this will free your thought life to focus on more important things like what is truly incurring inside of you. This process will bring positive and happy energy into your life because during the entire month there is no focus on money. You can live like a millionaire even if you are not one...just takes focus, desire, and commitment.

Last, have a functioning pay yourself first account. This is your account where you pay yourself as the first bill. You can start at 10% of your income but challenge yourself to save 50%. That requires sacrifice but the financial reward is worth it. Now initially you should save this money but over time if you invest it then it grows faster and hopefully it will out beat inflation if invested properly.

Remember this process should be fun because you are securing your financial independence for you and other generations to come. ..and we are promised complete joy in all circumstances.  Ultimately trust in God and filter this process through God. Well thank you for reading and have a blessed weekend!

Happy Easter!
