Happy Wednesday! I pray you are having a great week. I take advantage of the last quarter of each year to audit different areas of my life. This helps me to make sure I'm on pace to close out the current year strong in relation to my goals and dreams. Most importantly when I find areas that I need to improve in I can make the necessary adjustments before the year ends. Therefore, this preparation allows me to kick off my new year with a fresh and fast start. I just believe whatever you are doing now is always connected to what's next.
When auditing in the area of my finances, I noticed I am currently under budget with my clothing compared to prior years. I believe that investing in basic yet versatile pieces like this white button down shirt contributed to this. As for jeans, I used to think I needed tons of them. However, having a few quality ones saved me so much space and money. Overall, the $500 challenge this past year has inspired me to get more creative with what I currently have and more intentional about what items I choose to add to my current wardrobe. The results have been a wardrobe that compliments my personal style philosophy and that I truly love wearing.
Thank you for stopping by and have a blessed rest of the week!
