Happy Tuesday! Hope you are having a great week! This is the time of the week where unintentionally we can rush our moments away. Most times we are worrying about the past or overly stressing about the future. However, truth be told we have no control over either one so stressing will only result in a physical strain on your body and mind. Most importantly it will keep you from living out your best moments which is now.
Well, why are most people not enjoying the present moment? In my opinion it is that thing called distractions and no focus. What you focus on will grow. Therefore if you desire to be present then focus on it and do it daily. You have to do it until it becomes a habit that is incredibly hard to break. You have to become obsessed with connecting preparation to the opportunity of becoming present in mind, body and soul.
Remember only focus on what you can control. Everything else give it to God!
